David L. Porter Family Dentistry and his empathetic and knowledgeable dental team have a mission:  To treat our patients as we would treat our best friends and family and to do so as pain-free and gently as possible. Dr. Porter believes that good oral health leads to overall healthy bodies. We treat the entire person, body, mind and soul.

Our Goal  

To make your visit as comfortable and relaxed as possible and to provide you with extensive “patient education.”  We pride ourselves on after-care, not just with your dental issues, but with your financial needs as well. At no time has Dr. Porter acquiesced to becoming an “in-network” dentist to the insurance companies. Once a dentist signs with an insurance company, he must treat and diagnose according to insurance dictates. Dr. Porter treats his patients and their needs---not the rules and regulations of insurance companies.

Uncompromising Safety

Infection control in our office is also very important to us.  To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
